Needless to say, 2020 was not just any ordinary year. It was a year laden with challenges, unforeseen obstacles, and a seemingly endless array of uncertainties. However, despite the chaos that ensued, LATV, a digital-first media network, tenaciously pushed forward, determined to adapt and thrive amidst the storm. And so, with innovation at the forefront of their minds and a great creative team, we all embarked on an audacious endeavor - to create a digital Upfront event that would transcend the limitations imposed by the pandemic and ensure that their sales never faltered.
Recognizing the need for a creative and engaging platform, we created a virtual Upfront that would be a delight to navigate and a feast for the eyes from anywhere in the world. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant atmospheres of the main Latin-populated cities in the United States - Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York - we formulated a design style that encapsulated the essence and energy of these captivating urban landscapes.
The design approach revolved around the infusion of bright colors, intricately blended duotones, and gradient-styled images. Each visual element was thoughtfully chosen to evoke a sense of dynamism, sprinkling a touch of Latin passion onto the digital canvas. The purpose was clear - to captivate the attention of their esteemed business partners and cement LATV's position as an industry leader, even amidst the challenges posed by the ever-evolving digital landscape.
